In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Khirimore P.S. Case No.100 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the F.I.R., while the son of the informant had to bring the sand the accused persons including the petitioner surrounded and killed him in the broad day light. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not
