The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Mahnar P.S. Case No.254 of 2021 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that it is a case registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act and the petitioner is a lady. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a

No.65665 of 2021(2) dt.15-02-2022 2/2 copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No.254 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
