1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The learned A.P.P. submits that in compliance of the order dated 19.08.2025, a counter affidavit duly sworn by the Superintendent of Police, Munger has been filed and notice under Section 35 of BNSS has been served on the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also does not dispute the said submission of the learned A.P.P. and submits that presently the petitioner does not have any apprehension of arrest and hence seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with liberty to file a fresh, if need arises.

4. Permission is accorded.
