JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-12-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition was filed for quashing of the FIR of Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 265 of 2015.

However, the writ application has become infructuous for the reason that cognizance has already been taken in the case. Therefore, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw this writ application with liberty to challenge the cognizance order in appropriate jurisdiction.
