In this case the petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in Complaint Case No.140(C) of 2017 for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471and 34 of I.P.C.

Allegation has been made that for taking old aged pension in the name of the complainant accused persons obtained his signature on plain paper. Later on it transpired that it is an execution of sale deed.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that he is merely an identifier and land has been registered in the name of Gaurab

Looking to the facts of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-cum-Sub-JudgeII, Barh, Patna, in Complaint Case No.140(C) of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. and further condition is that whenever the police will call the petitioners, they will present themselves for the purpose of investigation, in the event of being absent on two consecutive dates without reasonable explanation, the court below will be at liberty to cancel their bail bonds.
