The Court is inclined to allow the petitioner to move the appellate authority even now for the reason that on wrong legal advice she has filed the writ application against the selection of the privaterespondent without exhausting the remedy in question. Even otherwise since the records are readily available so is assistance of the local authorities, the appellate authority is better place to adjudicate the issue and appreciate the facts.
