2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 317(4), 111(4) of B.N.S. and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 750 litres of country made liquor from gallons kept on 10 motorcycles. All accused persons including petitioner are alleged to have fled away leaving their motorcycles in river.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern either with the seized illicit liquor or motorcycles. The

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge II, Nawada in connection with Kauwakol P.S. Case No.266 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
