Case No.52 of 2013 wherein they are said to have committed offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners filed ABP No.1373 of 2013 before the court of learned Sessions Judge, East Champaran. The same was rejected on 17.05.2014. Hence, this application under Section 438 Cr. P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The allegation under Section 304B IPC is serious in nature. Unless the persons of the case are arrested and participate
