Mr. Durgesh Kumar Singh, learned Advocate has appeared for the opposite parties. He has informed this Court that against the order of dismissal of the Complaint No. 2116/C/11 under Section 203 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner had preferred a revision before the Sessions Court, which too was dismissed. Thereafter, the present second revision petition has been filed. This petition, on the face of it, does not appear to be maintainable.

Hence, the present petition is dismissed.
