In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Andhra Tharhi P.S. Case No. 114 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made against the petitioner of committing theft of motorcycle. The name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation by way of confessional statement of one Jai Kant Yadav. There is also a confessional statement of the petitioner in paragraph no.47 of the case diary. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26985 of 2018(2) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
