Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 700 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58885 of 2023.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62240 of 2023(3) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Muffasil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 700 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) utkarsh/- U T
