The petitioners being parents of the husband of the victim are languishing in custody since 2.6.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B of the I.P.C. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant, namely, Bhawna Priya within one yer of the marriage for nonfulfillment of dowry demands. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim committed suicide and she levelled accusation against her parents for forcefully marrying her. It is further submitted that the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim who is in custody.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63051 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 Learned APP submits that the daughter of the informant has been killed within one year of marriage.

Considering the fact that the investigation has already been concluded, the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim who is in custody and the period in custody, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No.205 of 2019.
