This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Loaded pistol was recovered from possession of both the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 26.09.2016. The petitioners are accused in other similar type of cases.

Considering the nature of allegation and criminal antecedent against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge them on bail for the present.

The prayer for bail is refused.

The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and if the trial is not concluded within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the petitioners shall be at liberty to renew the prayer.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18386 of 2017 (3) dt.19-06-2017 2/2 The Superintendent of Police, Madhepura, is also directed to cooperate in the early conclusion of the prosecution evidence.

Let a copy of this order be also sent to the Superintendent of Police, Madhepura.
