The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of robbery of the vehicle of the informant by the accused persons including the petitioner on the gun point It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the name of the petitoner figured on the basis of confessional statement of apprehended co-accused Jogesh Kumar and petitioner is not named in the FIR. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
