In the present writ petition, petitioner is seeking relief for regularisation as he has been working as daily wages employee in the Agricultural Department since long. From the records it appears that petitioner has not worked since 12.5.1990. In such circumstances, petitioner does not have a right to claim for regularisation i.e. after lapse of 26 years.
In such view of the matter, there is no merit in this writ
