=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the University.

Pursuant to order dated 08.10.2015, supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on 06.11.2015 after serving copy on learned counsel for the petitioner. From the same it transpires that leave encashment of additional 60 days has been found admissible as well as the arrear salary for the period January, 1996 to March, 2000, which have been paid.

As no rejoinder has been filed to the same, the Court can only presume that the admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) P. Kumar U T
