For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sanjeet Kumar For the Respondent/s : Mr. Harendra Pd. Singh GA-8 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 12-10-2015 Heard the Counsel for the petitioner and the State. No one has appeared on behalf of the University. Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, after having argued at some length appreciated the view taken by this Court that there is no personal injury caused to the petitioner which is being ventilated through this application. The petitioner alleges that the Principal of different colleges having hands in gloves are committing lots of misconduct for which enquiry has also been conducted but no action has been taken.
In my view, in the form in which the writ petition has
Patna High Court CWJC No.13768 of 2012 (4) dt.12-10-2015 2/2 been preferred, the said grievance cannot be examined. The writ application is dismissed. Dismissal of the application shall, however, not preclude the petitioner from bringing to the notice of the authorities of the University these facts for appropriate action in accordance with law.
