The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Korha P.S. Case No.340 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently section 411 IPC was added.
Allegation has been made that a motorcycle bearing registration no. BR 39 T 5687 as well as cash of Rs. 11,000/- were looted away and motorcycle was sold by Daya Shankar Jha and petitioner to one Abhishek Kumar against Rs. 21,000/- which has been transpired during confessional statement.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26814 of 2018 (2) dt.04-05-2018 enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
