The petitioner is accused in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 41 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 19 bottles each containing 600 ml. country-made liquor, were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner having no criminal antecedent, is in custody since 19.02.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23188 of 2017 (2) dt.18-05-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge(Excise), Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S.
