2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 734 of 2021 dated 01.11.2021, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 290, 337, 338, 353, 323, 307, 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on 31.10.2021, near the shop of Royal Paint at Meena Bazar some unruly elements were forcibly demanding donations due to which a serious problem of law and order arose. It is further alleged that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons started throwing bricks and stones at each other due to which Moni Kumnar and Md. Shahid Iqbal got injured. Thereafter, police has lodged F.I.R. against 9 named and 10-12 unknown persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is one of the members of Katyayni Pooja Samiti. It is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58733 of 2023(2) dt.20-09-2023 2/2 further submitted that F.I.R. has been lodged against 9 named persons and 10-12 unknown persons. It is further submitted that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegations against the petitioner and petitioner was not seen in any CCTV footage near the place of occurrence. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 734 of 2021, he will be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IV, Patna City, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
