The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 397/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/428/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner No. 1 is the father-in-law of the deceased and the petitioner No. 2 is the second wife of the husband of the deceased.

There is direct allegation of torture against the petitioners and it is alleged that they have killed the deceased by administering poison to her and now defence is created

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65118 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 by saying that she has taken poison by mistake. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
