JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-09-2020 The present petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Mahua P.S. Case No. 162 of 2015, dated 05.04.2015, which has been registered for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 135/138 of the Indian Electricity Act. Mr. Bisheshwar Ram, learned APP has pointed out that this is a case of the year 2015 and in all its probability, the investigation of this case must have been completed by now.

However, if the investigation is still pending, it ought to be concluded within a period of three months from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33083 of 2016(3) dt.16-09-2020 2/2 today. This order shall be implemented only if the investigation has remained pending.
