The petitioner is accused in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 117 of 2013 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code The submission is that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. In course of investigation, one Om Prakash was apprehended by the Police, who disclosed the name of one Sonu Singh and on his confessional statement, Sonu Singh was apprehended, who disclosed the name of the petitioner in his confessional statement. Except confessional statement of Sonu Singh, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. The petitioner is in custody since

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 117 of 2013, subject to the condition that out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
