2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Duragawati P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024 dated 06.05.2024, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application for grant of anticipatory bail to enable them to appear before the concerned Juvenile Justice Board within a period of four weeks
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57501 of 2024(2) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 so that the procedure provided under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, may be complied with by the Board since all the petitioners are juvenile. In the meantime, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners.
4. In such view of the matter, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
5. Needless to say that if the order is not complied with, the protection granted herein shall discontinue. (Khatim Reza, J) Sankalp/- U T
