In the present writ application, the following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : (A) For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner for interview and then appointment of Principal in Government & Project Girls High Schools pursuant to the Advertisement No.01/2007 as the person like the petitioner under the general category namely Rajeshwar Chaudhary who got lesser marks than the petitioner in written examination has been called for interview of the said post but petitioner has been discriminated and he has not called for the interview. (B) For issuance of an appropriate writ order or
Patna High Court CWJC No.11269 of 2014(2) dt.13-11-2017 2/2 direction commanding the respondents to fix a date for interview and they called the petitioner for interview and thereafter appoint the petitioner as Principal in any Government & Project Girl's High Schools.
(C) For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents to stay the appointment/selection process of Principal in Government & Project Girl's High Schools pursuant to Advertisement No.01/2007.
Considering the reliefs sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a representation regarding redressal of his grievance before the Respondent No.6 i.e. The Secretary, Bihar Public Service Commission, Bailey Road, Patna. The Respondent No.6 shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months, in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
