The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 376(G) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act.
From perusal of the case diary, I am of the view that there are materials against the petitioner.
In view of the specific materials against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer is rejected.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
