2. Lastly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 07.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68545 of 2024 with a direction to learned Trial Court to conclude the trial as soon as possible . 3 . Trial Court report dated 19.12.2025 reveals that till date , trial has not been concluded. The present case is still pending for evidence and petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2023 .

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, tardy progress of trial and period of custody and other circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of
