====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 02-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and she has been implicated in the case on the basis of baseless and concocted allegation. No such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that this petitioner is an old aged lady and she has no concern with the conduct of Jyotish Kumar. She has been implicated in this case only due to reason that she is grandmother of Jyotish Kumar.

No.56540 of 2022(2) dt.02-01-2023 2/2 Both the parties are agnates and neighbour and only due to local dispute and village politics this petitioner has been implicated in the case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 227 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
