2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 448, 323, 337, 338, 325, 302, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, while informant was sitting at door of her house, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this reached there and assaulted her husband by means of lathi, danda and iron rod as a result of which he died. It is further alleged that the accused persons also assaulted the informant and her children when they tried to rescue the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and has

As per F.I.R., other co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the husband of informant and her family members. This petitioner is only alleged to be involved in the aforesaid crime and no specific overt act is alleged against her. Police after investigation submitted final form against the petitioner. Petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P. S. Case No. 129 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
