2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 144 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506, 379, 354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner no. 1 assaulted the husband of the informant with sword on his head, causing injuries. Further petitioner no. 2 assaulted him with iron rod, causing injury. The specific allegation against these petitioners is that they assaulted the informant, her husband, devar and mother-in-law with sword and iron rod on their head.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case. The petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents and the injuries are simple in nature. Both the parties have compromised the case.
5. On the other hand, Sri Shailendra Kumar, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail but fairly admitted that the injuries are simple in nature.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedent, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial MagistrateIst Class, Samastipur in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 144 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
