24-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 262 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., some unknown miscreants, on the point of gun, looted the Scorpio of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has come during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sanjeet Kumar. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.P. Petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
