The learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the averments in the F.I.R itself, that the deceased and the petitioner had gone together to Bank to withdraw money in the morning and in the evening the deceased himself left his house telling others that he was going in a birthday party to the petitioner's place. He was found dead next morning. Beyond this, there is no other material.
Be that as it may, it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner Rajnish
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27859 of 2014 (4) dt.12-03-2015 2 / 2 Kumar shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in Tajpur(Halai)P.S. Case No. 1/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
