The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 200 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

One Bali Rai disclosed the name of the petitioner as supplier of clothes and leaflet of band organization MCC. On search, two bundles of clothes were recovered from the poultry farm of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 30.12.2016, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22362 of 2017 (2) dt.19-05-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 200 of 2013.
