JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 24.12.2012, contained in Memo No. 372 dated 24.12.2012, passed in Appeal No. 1276/2009 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Katihar.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4968 of 2013 (6) dt.04-09-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
