2. The petitioner was a Revenue Clerk in Makhdumpur Circle Office in the district of Jehanabad. He was compulsorily retired from service with effect from 11.12.2014. It is his case that his salary for certain period, during which he had discharged his duties, has not been paid. He had remained absent from duty for a considerable period of time, according to

3. The petitioner has approached the Circle Officer, Makhdumpur by making representation for payment of salary, which, according to him, has remained unpaid though the petitioner had discharged his duties.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction that let a decision be taken by the Circle Officer, Makhdumpur on the petitioner's claim for payment of his arrears of salary within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

5. Writ application stands disposed of with the observation aforesaid.
