JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 03.09.2010 contained in Memo No. 783 dated 03.09.2010, passed in Appeal No. 108/09-10 passed by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Lakhisarai. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of
