Permission is accorded.
The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of
Patna High Court CWJC No.25409 of 2013 (2) dt.18-08-2017 2/2 the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
