The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barauli P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case. Both parties are agnate of each other. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from

No.22797 of 2017 (2) dt.05-06-2017 2/2 today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 37 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
