JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 07-12-2015 After having made submissions at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the application be disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach the appropriate revenue authority after obtaining the details of the order , if any, passed in favour of a person, who, according to the petitioner, is a fake one for redressal of his grievance.

Be it noted that it is alleged that the land has been mutated in the name of a fake person called Shanker Kumar S/o Dr. Prafulla Kumar and Smt. Papiya Kumar R/o Adampur, Dist.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16083 of 2012 (2) dt.07-12-2015 2/2 Bhagalpur although no document has been enclosed to show that the same was actually mutated in his name.
