Petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2017 in connection with Excise Case No. 115 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, nothing has been recovered form the conscious possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was arrested on the spot. The petitioner rotting in custody for the last two months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing
