Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and submission advanced on his behalf that the petitioner is ready to pay the amount equivalent to CMR, said to have been misappropriated in appropriate account, if the petitioner is sought to be arrested, he shall be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Shambhuganj Police Station Case No. 116 of 2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal
