The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sadar P.S. Case No. 462 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case in brief is that co-accused Vikky Kumar with the help of petitioners and other persons enticed away the minor daughter of informant.

It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C has not alleged any mis-conduct against these petitioners and she has disclosed her age to be 19 years.

In view of the statement of victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S.
