2. The petitioner is working as an ANM posted at Primary Health Centre, Karakat, in the district of Rohtas. For various personal reasons, including her ailment, she has applied for her voluntary retirement by making an application addressed to the Director, Health Services, Government of Bihar. It is her case that no final decision has been taken on her request, though, the application seeking voluntary retirement was forwarded by Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Rohtas, to the Director in Chief, Health Services, Bihar, on 05.02.2018.
