====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Supplementary show-cause has been filed today after orders were passed by this Court on 4th of August, 2017 indicating grant of A.C.P. to the petitioner and payment of the same by way draft. Annexure-R/1 is the notification issued on 25.07.2017 granting A.C.P. to the petitioner as indicated therein, fixation of his pay and payment of arrears after calculation as per statement annexed.

Taking note of the compliance now reported by the

Patna High Court MJC No.3161 of 2013(7) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 respondents, no further indulgence into the matter is called for. The application stands disposed of. However, in case the petitioner has any grievance now subsisting with regard to the date from which the A.C.P. is granted or the calculation of arrears and pay fixation, the petitioner is granted liberty to claim the same afresh in accordance with law. Now, once A.C.P. and other benefits have been granted to the petitioner, as is indicated in the order Annexure-R/1, this Court does not find any reason to keep the matter pending.

This application stands disposed of.
