====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 15-12-2017 The writ petition was disposed of with an innocuous order, without entering into the controversy in question, that the

Patna High Court MJC No.6111 of 2013 dt.15-12-2017 2/2 representation of the petitioner be considered and decided by respondent No.4.

Now, from the show cause filed by the respondent No.4 and the order Annexure B dated 21.4.2017, it is stated that in the absence of job cards of the petitioner being available, no action can be taken in the matter and the respondents expressed their inability to take a decision in the matter. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner refuted the aforesaid contention and brings on record that the job cards are available and, therefore, direction may be issued for necessary action. Once the only direction was to decide the representation and the respondents have dealt with the matter and expressed their inability to grant benefit, no further action is required to be taken in the matter.

The application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, if aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent No.4, to take recourse of remedy in accordance with law afresh. (Rajendra Menon, CJ) K.C.Jha/- AFR/NAFR NAFR CAV DATE N/A Uploading Date 23.12.2017 Transmission Date
