JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 11-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 354(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per written report two boys were teasing the ladies and on seeing the police party, one boy managed to run away while another was apprehended. The villagers disclosed his name as Sanjeet Kumar @ Lallu (petitioner). The person who managed to run away, has been identified as Guddu Paswan. It has been submitted that search of the petitioner was made and one country made pistol has been recovered from his possession. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is on bail in all the cases as mentioned in paragraph-3 of the bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22864 of 2017 (2) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 petition. He is in custody since 1.4.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
