Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 502 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution, on 31.05.2022, this petitioner was intercepted by the police during vehicle checking and on demand of paper related to the alleged motorcycle, he was unable to provide the same and accepted that the alleged motorcycle is stolen one being purchased from one namely

The main submissions advanced by learned counsel Mr. Dinesh Prasad Verma appearing for the petitioner are that the petitioner bonafidely purchased the alleged motorcycle from one namely Amar Kumar by paying considerable amount of Rs. 15000/- and at the time of purchasing he had no knowledge of the said motorcycle being stolen and he has fair and clean antecedent and against him both the alleged offences of the FIR do not attract and moreover he has been languishing in jail since 01.06.2022 and the investigation has been completed against him.

Learned APP Mr. Prem Kumar Jha appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer.

In view of the facts, as stated above, this Court is inclined to accept the petitioner's prayer for bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Madhepura P.S.
