In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order containing memo no.2040 dated 12.06.2008, passed by the Director, Directorate of Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS), Department of Social Welfare, Government of Bihar, whereby and whereunder the petitioner along with others having been removed from the engagement as Anganbari Sevika. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he has not exhausted the remedy of appeal. In such view of the matter, let the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.17270 of 2010(4) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 exhaust the remedy of appeal before the Appellate Authority. If the order of the Appellate Authority goes against the petitioner, she will be at liberty to challenge the same before this Court. While deciding the limitation, the Appellate Authority will consider the pendency of this case before this Court. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
