2 The writ petition has been filed seeking direction upon the respondents for making selection of the petitioner on the post of Angan Bari Sevika at Angan Bari Centre, Tulsibari Rajpur Malia in the district of Madhepura in light of the directions made by the District Magistrate and the Commissioner.

3 Neither the order of the District Magistrate nor the order of the Commissioner directs that the petitioner has to be
