JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15855 of 2014.

2. It is stated that the opposite party no. 2 has subsequently filed Complaint Case No. 142 of 2018 under Sections 323, 448, 379, 380, 498A, 427/34 of the Indian Penal code and Sections 3⁄4 Dowry Prohibition Act. In view of the order dated 26.11.2014 passed by this Court as aforesaid, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner stands cancelled.

3. In the circumstances indicated by the petitioner, this Court is not satisfied that any modification of the order dated 26.11.2014 is required and the same has already taken effect.
