JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is accused in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 184 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that the petitioner being the Assistant Clerk in Bhujangi Inter College, Sahebpur Kamal, Begusarai, embezzled Rs. 45,000,00/- which was taken from the students in the name of taking their admission. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case and he is in custody since 03.03.2017. The charge-sheet has already been

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 184 of 2016, subject to the condition that out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
